Waiting list procedure

To add your child onto the waitng list for Crestmead please complete the C&K Waiting List Application form, by using the following link Kindergarten Waiting List form.  Please send these into the Centre or drop by for a visit.

Please advise us if your contact details change. This information will be used to contact you should your child be offered a kindergarten place.

It is C&K policy that we do not disclose where a child is numbered on the wait list or how many children are on that list. 

Enrolment offers are made in the September / October of the year prior to commencement.  These offers are made by the Director of Crestmead Kindergarten.

We are currently taking waitlist forms for the years 2012 to 2016.

Opening hours

Operating hours are from 8:30am to 2:30pm, on a five day fortnight program, (6 hours per day). 

C&K kindergartens are closed on public holidays.

This service does not offer a after kindy care program.

Parents are requested to be at the service to pick their child up five minutes prior to the service closing. If you are late to collect your child a late fees will be incurred. For more information please speak to the Director.

Applied SEFIA discounted Indigenous daily rate for kindergarten aged children: $5.42


If you have a Health Care Card or equivalent benefits card, you are eligible for a fee reduction off the kindergarten fee. Your kindergarten service will be able to provide more information.

Age groupings

Recommended age is 3.5 years to 4.5 years.

 C&K Crestmead is a single unit service, running two group within a 5 day per fortnight program.

  • Group A operators Monday, Tuesday every week and every second Wednesday
  • Group B operators Thursday, Friday every week and every second Wednesday
